Bigger ships are better for PvE. Stealth bomber is what seems to fit best to your PvP need. The strongest T1 stealth ship, Stratios, is very much overpriced at the moment and requires perfect drones skills, which is a few months worth of training....

Thank you. I wonder if some anomaly can be ouside 32 au range... But tutorial says they tends to be close to planets, so most probably no. Is there a way I can get bookmarks from other players?

Thank you for all answers. At this moment I consider to place depote 40 au above the solar system. When someone will use combat drones, my depot will be above their scanning radius. Is there any way how to fly 40 au to the point, where is nothing ...

Just a side note - if you stay in high sec, you need only one combat drone against NPC rats. They will be killed before they dig through your shields. From what I've read in forums, it is not worth go mining low sec, since what you gain will lose...
